Bethany is an experienced Social Security and Veterans disability lawyer. She has exclusively practiced disability law for over a decade and is regularly contracted to handle U.S. District Court appeals for claimants who were denied by Social Security ALJs and the Appeals Council. She has represented hundreds of clients in appeals to federal district courts within the Sixth Circuit, receiving favorable results and remands in many of her cases. Bethany also helps clients with all stages of the Social Security Disability claims process and represents veterans seeking to appeal ratings or service-connection decisions.
Bethany is a regular speaker at legal conferences on issues related to Social Security law and appeals. She also frequently mentors and speaks to law students at the University of Detroit Mercy federal pro se legal clinic.
